Our Partner, Pallabi Ghosal, speaks with Yash Ravel, CEO-Fund Management at Welspun One, about the development of the logistics and warehousing sector in India, how that has fuelled the evolution of warehousing and logistics funds in India, including the remarkable growth of Welspun One’s fund management business.

Yash Ravel
Yash Ravel is the CEO-Fund Management at Welspun One and has over 20 years of experience in real estate investment management, including in fundraising, investments, and asset management. He has managed USD 800 million in transactions and raised USD 300 million in capital. At Welspun One, Yash has built the firm’s fund business from the ground up to INR 2,775 crore across two funds with a portfolio of 10 million square feet. Yash holds a PG diploma in Business Administration from Welingkar Institute and a B.E. in Electronics and Telecommunications, from Mumbai University.
