Overview

Clarence Anthony is a Corporate Partner at Trilegal and focuses on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and private equity investments. Clarence represents a number of prominent clients, including the Stillfront Group, Brookfield, Falcon Edge, KKR, DEG, Experian, Franklin Templeton, Supreme Industries, Ascend Telecom, Mitel, Quesscorp, Rossell Techsys, Athena Education, Metaloop Labs and Kois Advisors.

In 2019, Clarence headed the legal and compliance function of Embassy Office Parks REIT on secondment from Trilegal.
