The workshop will not only provide the participants an overview of legal principles applicable to the award of damages, strategic and procedural issues in the use of damage experts but also include cross examination simulation (based on a case study) before a mock-arbitral tribunal and conclude with a fun and interactive fire-side chat. Below is the schedule for the event and attached is the flyer for further details.  

Target audience includes mid to senior-level dispute practitioners from law firms and in-house counsels from MNCs and corporates. Interested participants are requested to REGISTER HERE on or before 5 September 2025. Please note that the event is capped at only 60 participants and our seats are getting filled fast. The applications will be reviewed and selected candidates will be informed via email with the relevant pre-reading materials by 11 September 2025.
