In conversation with Rajeev Chopra
Our Partner, Atul Gupta, talks to Rajeev Chopra, Managing Director – Legal, Accenture, on the future of the workspace.
The pandemic has not only disrupted the way we work, but also led to a re-imagining of the workplace from conventional brick and mortar offices to entirely virtual ones. In this backdrop, the conversation delves into how return to office protocols will need to be designed to ensure safety as well as offer flexibility and comfort to employees, while navigating the uncertainties of vaccination mandates.
They also discuss issues relating to the adoption of such protocols, the proposed legal framework for formalising and governing work from home and some permanent changes brought to the services industry by the pandemic.
