- Acquisitions/Sale: Assistance on acquisitions and sale of properties, pan India with particular focus on transactions in the State of Maharashtra (i.e., agricultural, non-agricultural, leasehold, freehold, government held lands (including Collector, BMC, State run industrial corporations, MIDC, MHADA, MMRDA, lands), SEZ, slum, re-developments, society developments, townships, IT/ITES parks, etc.);
- Title Diligences: Conducting in-depth and extensive title diligences and investigations in respect of various types of properties, including identifying and analyzing intricate issues;
- Developments/Re-developments: Advised in connection with transactions pertaining to developments and re-developments and joint ventures in respect of properties;
- PE and Investment Transactions – Diligences / Transactions: Advised investors, including pension funds, private equity funds, foreign investors and other clients from a real estate perspective in connection with their investments in target entities / NBFCs (lending to the developer/land owning entities);
- Leasing / Licenses: Advised in respect of leasing, license transactions, sub-lease / licenses business conducting, services arrangements including co-working spaces, etc; and
- Real Estate Transactions – pan India: Advised on various local laws prevailing pan India through a strong network of locally appointed counsels located and based in the relevant States.
