Overview

Abhinav is a Partner in Trilegal’s capital markets practice group and advises clients on a full range of capital markets transactions, covering fund-raising through equity capital markets, debt capital markets, InvITs, and REITs. Abhinav brings a unique combination of having advised Indian corporates, underwriters, private equity funds, and institutional investors on a wide spectrum of capital markets transactions.
