Albin represents both issuers and underwriters in various equity and debt capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings, rights issues, qualified institutions placements, block trades, high-yield bond offerings, convertible bond offerings, MTN programmes and tender offers across several sectors. He also has extensive experience in advising borrowers and lenders in structured finance transactions.
