Overview
Ananya is part of the Corporate practice group at Trilegal and specializes in asset management and investment funds. Her areas of practice include fund formation and fund structuring, regulatory advisory in relation to financial services, venture capital and private equity and private credit. She also regularly advises clients in relation to joint ventures, entry level strategy and corporate restructurings.
She also advises clients on aspects of financial services regulations pertaining to the securities market and exchange control.
Key clients Ananya has worked with include multilateral financial institutions, private equity funds, private credit funds, and insurance companies.
Prior to joining Trilegal, Ananya worked in the corporate practice of AZB & Partners.
