Overview
Ananya is part of the asset management practice at Trilegal. Her areas of practice include investment funds and asset management, private client advisory, venture capital, private credit and financial services regulation. She regularly advises clients in relation to fund formation and fund structuring, joint ventures, entry level strategy and corporate restructurings.
She also advises clients on aspects of financial services regulations pertaining to the securities market and exchange control.
Key clients Ananya has worked with include multilateral financial institutions, private equity funds, private credit funds, and insurance companies.
Prior to joining Trilegal, Ananya worked in the corporate practice of AZB & Partners.
