Overview
Anusha is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution practice at Trilegal. She specialises in commercial and constitutional litigation, white-collar defence matters, and domestic and cross-border internal investigations.
Anusha is experienced in handling litigation cases involving complex commercial transactions, constitutional challenges, and high-profile criminal law matters. She has expertise in working with clients across industries, including pharma, alco-bev, tobacco, and infrastructure development sectors. Her expertise extends to advising high-value clients on issues concerning licensing, public procurement, and corporate compliance.
Anusha also has extensive expertise in government-facing/internal corporate investigations and has led several multi-jurisdictional internal investigations involving anti-corruption and anti-money laundering laws, securities regulations, and corporate fraud. She regularly advises multi-national companies in navigating cross-border ramifications arising from global regulatory actions, including under the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and UK Bribery Act. Anusha has also guided a number of large corporations in creating and implementing effective internal compliance programs and policies.
Anusha worked in the Chambers of an eminent senior counsel in India between 2014 to 2017, where she gained significant experience working on several landmark constitutional cases before the Indian Supreme Court.
