Overview
Arjun Ghose is Partner, Trilegal, and is part of the Corporate practice group. Arjun has a diverse practice portfolio encompassing private equity, general corporate and debt transactions as well as hybrid transactions involving elements of both equity and debt, with a special focus on transactions in the stressed assets space. He advises private equity clients on a wide range of transactions, including minority stake purchases, control deals and buyouts, acquisition finance, negotiations with limited partners/co-investors, and exits from unlisted as well as listed companies. In addition, he advises clients on investments in stressed assets, including restructuring of domestic debt, insolvency, restructuring and refinancing of foreign currency convertible bonds and raising corporate finance by way of debt/quasi-debt instruments. He has been involved in most of the major foreign currency convertible bond restructurings over the last couple of years.
