Overview

Arnav Nagalia is a Partner in our real estate practice group with over 11 years of experience. He routinely advises developers, real estate investment trusts, institutional investors, multi-national corporations and lenders.

His work spans the full spectrum of real estate transactions and advisory, including detailed title due diligences, greenfield and brownfield property acquisition, development arrangements, leasing and licensing across various sectors (such as commercial, industrial and residential), and real estate components of debt and equity investments.

He also advises on land use regulations, development control norms, and compliance with state-specific real estate laws, including conversion and zoning.
