He specialises in navigating India’s evolving insurance regulatory landscape and is widely regarded for his deep understanding of the regulatory architecture governed by the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI). Prior to joining Trilegal, Ashish was a Partner in the Insurance practice at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co., where he played a pivotal role in shaping regulatory strategy and executing high-value transactions across the insurance sector.
