Overview

Deep is a part of the Corporate practice group of the firm. His areas of expertise include public and private M&A, joint ventures, private equity, corporate restructurings, special situations and distressed transactions. He advises clients on a wide range of corporate transactions and matters including on aspects that relate to structuring transactions, due-diligence, entry and exit strategies, corporate governance, contentions legal and regulatory aspects and shareholder disputes.

Deep has extensive experience in advising clients on transactions in the broad financial services sector, including transactions involving insurance companies, banks, non-banking financial companies, asset reconstruction companies and other intermediaries. He has also advised clients on transactions in other sectors such as alco-bev, steel and metals, energy and infrastructure, manufacturing, logistics, auto, retail and wholesale trade, e-commerce, life-sciences, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, real-estate, etc.
