Overview

Deep is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution practice at Trilegal in New Delhi. He is experienced in advising energy majors, including public utilities, and representing them before the central and state electricity regulatory commissions, the APTEL, High Courts and the Supreme Court of India on complex regulatory disputes, including as lead arguing counsel. He is also experienced in conducting ad hoc and institutional arbitrations in construction disputes involving power and other infrastructure projects. Previously, he was part of Trilegal’s Energy and Infrastructure practice
