Overview

Harsh Jain is a part of the Corporate Practice Group at Trilegal. His primary practice areas are mergers and acquisitions, private equity and structured investments.

Harsh has advised foreign investors and domestic companies on acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity investments, entry and exit strategies, corporate restructurings and general corporate compliance.

He has worked on several high-profile mergers and acquisitions across various sectors involving control deals and minority investments, in both, public and private companies. He has also advised on contentious situations, exits and strategic litigations, which gives him a unique perspective on structuring and documenting transactions.

He has also advised the boards and senior management of listed companies on corporate governance and complex regulatory matters.
