Overview
Kabeer Mathur is a Partner at Trilegal and is part of the firm’s Corporate Practice Group. Kabeer specialises in Mergers & Acquisitions, Investments, Joint Ventures and Corporate Law Advisory.
He has significant experience in structuring and negotiating private equity, venture capital, M&A and joint venture transactions and has advised clients across diverse sectors including financial services, e-commerce, technology, media, FMCG, manufacturing, F&B and real estate. Kabeer regularly advises on various legal and regulatory Corporate Law matters including India entry strategies, operational regulatory frameworks and exit options.
Kabeer has also worked with the firm’s Banking and Finance Practice Group and has advised clients on several transactions involving consortium lending, external commercial borrowings and corporate debt restructuring.
