Overview
Mallika Chopra is a Partner in the Banking and Finance practice at Trilegal. Mallika specialises in banking and finance as also the debt capital markets, and has over 12 years of experience in these areas. She advises across a spectrum of banking and financing matters, with a special focus on structured debt transactions.
Mallika has in-depth experience in these areas and she regularly represents lenders (both domestic and overseas institutions) as well as private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers. Her expertise includes acquisition and sponsor finance, real estate finance, shares or receivables backed financings, structured finance and trade finance.
Prior to joining Trilegal, she worked with three leading Indian law firms and, before that, with a leading private sector bank.
