Overview

Megha Kaladharan is a Partner in the Projects practice at Trilegal and has almost a decade’s experience in the energy and infrastructure sector. With a focus on emerging renewable energy technology, she is particularly experienced in advising clients on several first-of-its-kind projects and structures. She has worked with think tanks, government agencies, multilaterals, developers and lenders, advising them on the regulatory framework for project development as well as drafting and negotiating a wide range of project agreements. Megha has also advised the World Bank Group on several PPP projects spanning affordable housing, energy efficiency, renewable energy, tourism, water supply and waste management sectors in India, Bangladesh, Africa and Fiji.
