Mridul is a recognised leader in real estate law with over 13 years of experience across diverse and varied practice areas. He has represented a variety of real estate funds, multinational companies, lenders, borrowers, retailers, institutional and non-institutional real estate investors,   developers and operators. Mridul’s key specialisations include acquisition and development of real estate projects – residential and commercial, land aggregation for townships and renewable energy projects, warehouse acquisitions and SEZ development. In addition, he regularly advises on security creation and enforcement as part of lending/investment transactions, commercial leasing, title due diligence, structuring, drafting and negotiation of real estate contracts.
