Nikhil Sachdeva is a Partner in the Corporate Practice at Trilegal. He specialises in advising on M&A, private equity investments, corporate finance, joint ventures, asset sales, and business transfer transactions. He has advised on some of the most complex and marquee cross-border, multi-jurisdiction acquisitions, restructurings, and the setting up of platforms by private equity investors with assets in multiple jurisdictions.
Additionally, Nikhil has extensive experience advising clients on complex regulatory issues under foreign exchange and financial regulations prescribed by the Reserve Bank of India and the Securities and Exchange Board of India, including the examination of tech-led financial products. He has led transactions featuring innovative structures that have become market-leading precedents in the industry.
