Overview

Pallavi Banerjee is a Partner in the Banking and Finance practice at Trilegal. She has extensive experience in credit transactions involving financial institutions, credit funds, and corporates. Pallavi has been involved in structuring and implementing quasi-debt and hybrid structures, structured debt transactions (secured, limited recourse, and syndicated), project finance, acquisition finance, and listed and unlisted corporate bonds.

Pallavi has advised on various debt restructuring, security enforcement assignments, and insolvency processes.

Prior to joining Trilegal, Pallavi was working with Goldman Sachs as an in-house counsel in the APAC legal team covering asset and wealth management, private. Before that she was a partner in the credit practice, of a leading law firm in India.
