Pranav Atit is a Partner in Trilegal’s M&A and PE practice in the Mumbai office.

Pranav has worked on varied matters in the public M&A and private equity space, including complex M&A restructurings, takeovers and flip structures. He has also advised on securities regulation and litigation and on transactions involving infrastructure investment trusts.

Pranav regularly advises corporates, private equity funds and business groups and his clients span an array of sectors, with a focus on IT, infrastructure and financial services.
