Overview
Pranav Atit is a Partner in our M&A (Public M&A and PE) practice in the Mumbai office.
Pranav has worked on varied matters in the public M&A and private equity space, including complex M&A restructurings, takeovers, flip structures, and family arrangements. He has also extensively advised on securities regulation, as well as on approvals for investments under Press Note 3 (2020).
Pranav regularly advises corporates (and their boards and management), private equity funds and business groups, and his clients span an array of sectors, with a focus on technology, automotive, consumer, infrastructure and financial services. He regularly advises on market leading deals in the M&A and PE space, and several of his deals have won awards.
