Overview
Prarthna is a Partner in the M&A and Private Equity practice at Trilegal’s Mumbai office.
She has extensive experience across private equity and public M&A transactions, including takeovers, majority buyouts, minority investments, entry and exit strategies, and corporate governance. She regularly advises private equity funds and foreign strategic investors on complex transactions and regulatory issues, particularly in relation to investments into and exits from the Indian market, as well as dealings with Indian promoters.
