Overview
Rahil Pereira is a Partner at Trilegal. He focuses on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity investments, and general corporate advisory matters.
Rahil has advised clients on minority stake purchases, control deals, and buyouts, fund investments and investment exits. A number of these transactions have been in the technology, education, retail, manufacturing and financial services space. He has also advised clients on resolution plans submitted under the provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code.
