Overview
Rahul Chugh is a Partner at Trilegal and is based out of the Gurgaon office. Rahul specializes in a wide array of transactional work, including, venture capital and private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic investments and debt fundings.
Rahul brings a wealth of experience in representing clients across a diverse spectrum of industries, encompassing healthcare, pharmaceuticals, e-commerce, fintech, gaming, technology-driven enterprises including SaaS, manufacturing, renewable energy and real estate.
In addition to his expertise on corporate and transactional matters, Rahul is experienced in advising on high profile litigation as Rahul has collaborated with distinguished Senior Advocate Mr. Harish N. Salve on intricate cases before the Supreme Court of India.
