Overview
Raya Hazarika is a Partner in the corporate practice at Trilegal. She advises clients on private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, foreign investment and general corporate matters.
She has significant transactional experience across the infrastructure and real estate sectors, including logistics, data centers, digital infrastructure, healthcare and technology. She regularly represents domestic and international investors and strategic clients on complex, high-value transactions.
Prior to joining Trilegal, Raya was a Partner at S&R Associates in its Delhi office.

- IHH Healthcare Berhadon the strategic collaboration between its Indian subsidiaries, Fortis Healthcare Limited and Gleneagles Healthcare India; and the mandatory open offers under the Takeover Code by IHH and its wholly-owned indirect subsidiaries, Northern TK Venture Pte Ltd and Parkway Pantai Limited, for the acquisition of 26% of the share capital of Fortis Healthcare Limited and Fortis Malar Hospitals Limited
- Vodafone Group and Vodafone India on the US$23 billion merger of Vodafone India and Idea Cellular; the US$14.6 billion merger of Indus Towers and Bharti Infratel; and the US$592 million sale of Vodafone India’s standalone tower business to American Tower Corporation
