Overview

Richa is a corporate finance attorney with a career spanning over 15 years and has worked with leading law firms. She specialises in international and domestic capital markets transactions (both equity and debt), regulatory practice, securities laws and corporate governance. Richa has advised clients across the entire value chain on aspects of securities law and executed various capital market transactions which have been innovative, market-first, and recipients of several marquee industry awards.
