Overview

Rohit is part of Trilegal’s Capital Markets team and has deep experience in advising issuers, investment banks and investors across a wide range of securities offerings, including IPOs, QIPs, bond issuances and hybrid securities offerings (REITs and InvITs).

Rohit has advised clients on a wide range of transactions in the financial services, consumer technology, real estate, infrastructure and logistics, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals and healthcare sectors.
