Sanjam Arora is a Partner in Corporate practice, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and strategic advice.
Sanjam regularly advises on cross-border and domestic acquisitions involving both strategic and financial investors. In particular, she has extensive experience in takeovers of public targets, strategic joint ventures, investments in stressed assets and contentious exits. Her transactional experience spans varied sectors including financial services, energy and infrastructure, healthcare, e-commerce, and aerospace and defence.
Sanjam also provides strategic advice on complex corporate matters, including on areas of securities laws, financial services regulations, corporate governance as well as contentious matters including in particular, shareholder, contractual and regulatory disputes.
