Her practice covers mergers and acquisitions, exits, joint ventures, and general corporate matters. With hands-on experience working alongside both private equity funds and developers, Shivani bridges financial and operational priorities seamlessly, making her particularly effective in structuring and negotiating complex deals.

Shivani’s sector experience covers real estate across diverse asset classes – including commercial offices, warehousing, malls, hospitality, and co-living – as well as financial services and infrastructure. Her clients include leading global investors and developers such as Mapletree, GIC, Bain Capital, and RMZ.
