Tejas Adiga is a Partner, based out of Trilegal’s Mumbai office, and a part of the Corporate practice group. Tejas’ practice area covers cross-border and domestic merger and acquisition transactions, joint ventures and strategic alliances, spinoffs and divestitures of business divisions, and corporate restructuring.
Tejas has had extensive experience representing an array of clients, including international conglomerates, Indian companies, private equity firms, financial sponsors and governmental institutions. He has advised on a wide range of corporate transactions and matters, particularly in the oil and gas, petrochemicals, renewable energy, automobiles, pharmaceutical and financial services sectors.
In the healthcare and life sciences sector, Tejas has represented clients in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, business disposal/restructuring transactions, and in-licensing or collaboration development arrangements. He also advises on the export/import of medical devices, the development of commercial molecules, and related regulatory matters.
