Vijay is part of Trilegal’s Capital Markets team and has a diverse and rich practice portfolio encompassing IPOs (including REITs), QIPs, Rights Issue, domestic & foreign bond issues, public debt issues India, flip structures for a potential listing.

Vijay has advised clients on a wide range of transactions in the EV, FIG, financial services, fintech, information technology, defence, infrastructure, insurance, logistics, manufacturing, pharma and healthcare, real estate, telecom sectors.
