Overview

Vinay is part of Trilegal’s Capital Markets team and has a diverse practice portfolio encompassing IPOs, QIPs, Rights Issue, domestic and foreign bond issues, public debt issues. Vinay has worked on several complex and innovative transactions which have since become market precedents .

Vinay has advised clients on a wide range of transactions in the defense, energy, engineering, FIG, financial services, fintech, information technology, infrastructure, insurance, manufacturing, oil and gas, pharma and healthcare, real estate, retail, staffing, telecom and textile sectors.

Gland Pharma IPO, (First IPO by a company with majority PN3 (PRC) shareholders and the largest pharma IPO till date in India)
Star Health IPO, (first IPO by a standalone health insurance company)
Computer Age Management Services IPO, (first IPO by a registrar)
Bharti Airtel Ltd, High yield bond issuance (three tranches aggregating to USD 8 billion including the first-of-its-kind Euro denominated bond issuance)
