Vivek Bajaj is a Partner in the Corporate practice, specialising in mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures and private equity. His transactional experience includes several share and asset acquisitions, debt and equity investments and joint ventures.

Vivek has advised on market-leading transactions in the real estate and allied sectors. This includes equity and debt transactions across residential, commercial office, warehousing and logistics, hospitality, data centres and other allied sectors. He has been a part of some of the largest acquisitions and divestment transactions in this space in India.

Vivek has represented several clients, including CPPIB, GIC Singapore, Morgan Stanley Real Estate, RMZ Corp, Brigade Group, Avient Corporation and Nadathur Group, on their investments and joint ventures in India.
