- Our asset management and fund experts advised A91 Partners, including a debut venture capital fund, which raised USD 350 million in a single closing, and a second venture capital fund, which raised USD 550 million in a single closing.
- Trilegal’s private equity lawyers counseled Faering Capital, including a third private equity fund platform, raising USD 300 million across multiple closings.
- Our team assisted Kotak Group, including the establishment and fundraise of their USD 1billion special situations fund.
- Our team of experienced asset management fund lawyers provided legal services to Edelweiss Group, various India-focused investment funds,including the establishment of an INR 4000 crore credit platform in India and three fund platforms aggregating over USD 3 billion for credit and stressed investments.

- We advised NIIF Fund of Funds, including investments in Somerset Indus Healthcare India Fund II.
- Our sovereign and pension funds experts provided legal advice to Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan and Australian Super on their USD 2 billion commitment to the National Investment and Infrastructure Fund. This deal was recognised as the ‘PE Deal of the Year’ at the IFLR1000 India Awards, 2020.
- Our team advised Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO), including investments in Neev Funds.
- Our team of experienced lawyers advised New Development Bank on its investment in NIIF Fund of Funds.
