With over 10 years of experience in dealing with high-stake litigations, arbitrations and commercial disputes, Mohit has gained the reputation of being “polite, responsive, and extremely professional with very good technical skills” (Benchmark Litigation Asia-Pacific 2021 Rankings).
Mohit’s arbitration practice encompasses representation in several international and domestic arbitrations, including under SIAC, ICC, LCIA, AAA and MCIA, in commercial disputes relating to construction, power projects, corporate, hospitality, military and defence procurement. He has advised on investment disputes under bilateral investment treaties involving India, Libya, Mauritius, Singapore and Bangladesh. Under his white-collar crimes practice, Mohit has represented clients in high-profile and sensitive investigations and trials relating to anti-corruption, anti-bribery and anti-money laundering. Mohit also specialises in arguing cases before courts and tribunals across the country, including the Supreme Court and High Courts.
