Apeksha’s advisory portfolio also includes immigration matters where, among other issues, she navigates criteria for visa grants and immigration rules for expatriates. and liaises with immigration agents on Foreigner Regional Registration Office (FRRO) registration and protocols. Aparna is a Partner in our New Delhi office and is highly reputed for her expertise in competition law, with 19 years of post-qualification experience, of which 16 years have been exclusive to Indian Competition Law. She has played an important role in the finalization of the Indian merger control regime in 2011.

Over the years, Aparna has been involved in obtaining approvals for several high-profile combinations, involving remedies from the Competition Commission of India (CCI), across various sectors, including, pharmaceuticals, media & entertainment, technology, private equity and retail. She advices on competition law aspects across various industries and regularly undertakes competition compliance programs for various enterprises.
