Trilegal strengthens Tax Practice, invites Dhruv Gupta to join the partnership

December 13, 2023: Trilegal’s partnership has voted to invite Tax specialist Dhruv Gupta to join the firm as a Partner in the Delhi office, taking the partnership strength to 116. Dhruv will be part of the firm’s wider tax practice and will focus on international trade and customs-related matters, particularly in trade remedy investigations.

Dhruv Gupta has over 16 years of experience specialising in international trade and customs, particularly in trade remedy investigations conducted by Indian authorities and other jurisdictions, including the EU, US, Australia, and China. With deep experience in advisory and litigation matters concerning trade remedy investigations, Dhruv has assisted clients with customs law, central excise law, foreign trade policy, and anti-profiteering under GST law. Owing to his expertise, he has been featured in Chambers Asia-Pacific Rankings in 2023 for international trade.
