Overview

Rudresh Singh is a Partner at the New Delhi offices of Trilegal and a senior member of Trilegal’s competition law practice. He represents clients before the CCI, NCLAT, Delhi High Court and the Supreme Court of India in both merger control and behavioural matters.

Rudresh was recently recognized as a Rising Star by Expert Guides 2021, which represents a listing of the brightest and most talented practitioners, from across the world, in the area of business law and related practices. He has also been recognized as a key individual for competition laws in India by Legal500. He advises international and domestic clients on merger control in India and has filed several long form and short form merger notifications, in sectors such as technology, IT & ITes oil and gas, telecommunications, power, ports, agro-chemicals, insurance, steel, cement, e-commerce, hospitals, pharmaceuticals etc. He also has significant experience in investigations in digital platforms and leniencies.
