Trilegal advised Ashok Goel Trust on its acquisition of 46.06% shareholding in Bambrew Plant Fiber Technology Private Limited through a combination of primary and secondary share purchase.

The team was involved in negotiating and drafting of all the transaction documents and providing advice on all relevant legal aspects in relation to the transaction.
