Trilegal is advising the book-running lead managers, JM Financial Limited, IIFL Capital Services Limited (formerly known as IIFL Securities Limited), and Nomura Financial Advisory and Securities (India) Private Limited as their legal advisors regarding Indian law in connection with the proposed initial public offering of equity shares by Capillary Technologies India Limited.
Capillary Technologies, a global market leader in loyalty and engagement management, is a software product company offering AI-based cloud-native SaaS products and solutions globally. It has filed its draft red herring prospectus with SEBI dated June 18, 2025.
The proposed Initial Public Offering comprises equity shares of face value INR 2 each, including a fresh issue aggregating up to INR 4,300 million by the Company and an offer for sale of up to 18,331,386 equity shares by the selling shareholders.
