Deal: Acquisition of Velotio Technologies by R Systems International

Trilegal advised Velotio Technologies Private Limited and its existing shareholders in the acquisition of Velotio Technologies’ entire equity share capital by R Systems International Limited (a listed Blackstone portfolio company), for an upfront consideration of ~INR 2,788 million.

Velotio Technologies is a leading product engineering and digital solutions company based in Pune, India.

The Trilegal team advising on the matter was led by Partner Gautam Singh, and comprised attorneys Kushal Ramotre (Counsel), Preeti Kumari (Senior Associate) and Stephen Thomas (Associate). The acquisition is subject to customary closing conditions.
