Trilegal advised the book running lead managers, HDFC Bank Limited and Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Limited, on the initial public offering (IPO) by Aether Industries Limited (Company) of equity shares aggregating to INR ~8,080 million.
The Company is a speciality chemical manufacturer in India, which produces advanced intermediates and speciality chemicals involving complex and differentiated chemistry, and technological core competencies. The IPO was oversubscribed and listed at a premium over the offer price.
The Trilegal team was led by Partners Bhakta Patnaik and Brajendu Bhaskar (Capital Markets). Other attorneys who assisted on the deal were, Arjun Rastogi, Senior Associate; Aditya Dsouza, Jahanvi Jain and Arsh Sinha, Associates.
