Trilegal advised the book-running lead managers, DAM Capital, Intensive Fiscal Services, and Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors, on the IPO of Midwest Limited. The transaction is among the few recent IPOs in India’s natural resources and mining sector.
Midwest is engaged in the exploration, mining, processing, and export of natural stones with a focus on sustainable mining. It is India’s largest producer and exporter of Black Galaxy Granite, accounting for about 64% of the country’s exports in Fiscal 2025 (Source: CRISIL Report). It is also one of the largest producers of Absolute Black Granite in India, both premium varieties with strong international demand.
