Trilegal advised Muthoot Finance Ltd., the largest gold loan non-banking financial company in the country, on the proposed public issuance of non-convertible debentures (NCDs) with a shelf limit of INR 30,000 million and the tranche II issue thereunder aggregating up to INR 3,000 million. This is the first public issuance of NCDs undertaken by them under the new SEBI (Issue of Non-Convertible Securities) Regulations 2021, which introduced several compliance, disclosure and process-related changes.
