Deal: IPO of Signatureglobal (India) Limited

Trilegal represented ICICI Securities Limited, Axis Capital Limited and Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Limited as their legal advisor to Indian law in connection with the initial public offering of equity shares by Signatureglobal (India) Limited.

The Offer included a fresh issue of equity shares worth INR 6,030.00 million and an offer for sale of INR 1,270.00 million by the International Finance Corporation.

Signatureglobal (India) Limited is the largest real estate development company in the National Capital Region of Delhi (“Delhi NCR”) in the affordable and lower mid-segment housing in terms of units supplied (in the below INR 8 million price category) between 2020 and March 31, 2023, with a market share of 19%.
