Trilegal advised the fund managed by Kotak Alternate Asset Managers Limited and the target company in the sale of Prius Platinum, a premium Grade A office space in South Delhi’s Saket District Centre to Prime Offices Fund, a Commercial Real Estate focused fund managed by Nuvama and Cushman & Wakefield Management Private Limited.
Trilegal provided end-to-end transaction services to Kotak and the target company, including conducting a vendor due diligence, transaction structuring, preparing, negotiating, and finalizing the transaction documents and providing closing assistance.
