Deal: Trilegal advises Capri Global on its successful listing of NCDs

Trilegal advised on the successful listing of non-convertible debentures by Capri Global.

Capri Global is a well-diversified retail-focused systemically important NBFC offering a range of secured and collateralised loans through its lending segments, comprising MSME loans, housing loans, gold loans, and construction finance.

This marks the first-ever public debt issuance for Capri Global.
