Deal: 100% acquisition of L&T Infrastructure Development Projects by Epic Concesiones

Trilegal represented Edelweiss Alternatives (acting through Epic Concesiones Private Limited) in their 100% acquisition of L&T Infrastructure Development Projects Limited from Larsen & Toubro Limited and CPPIB India Private Holdings Inc.
